Manuscript valuation presented in accomplished calligraphy featuring very detailed measurement in columns of the land (Acres, Roods and Perches) and its use together with buildings and total rental value , (particularly relating to farms in parishes together with hand coloured plans, summaries, 'remarks' and recommendations

A large portfolio containing the original plans, improvements and drawings for the construction and design of the House and Gardens of Latimer house situated in Latimer, Buckinghamshire designed by Edward Blore , Samuel Ware and the brothers Jearrad , dating from the 1820s. The portfolio contains detailed plans of various floors including references to: The Servants Rooms and hall, Cook's room, Larder, Scullery, Butler's Room and Pantry etc. also included in this lot are two later period coloured plans/maps of the Latimer estate, likely from the early 20th century providing an insight into the architectural ideas and practice of the Regency period and the social structure of this era.
