for an auction administration assistant.
W&H Peacock, Auctioneers & Valuers are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated junior office administrator to assist with the day to day running of our busy auction centre office.
The position is a customer facing role that will require dealing with customer enquiries in person, by telephone and via email. The role will also include the inputting of weekly sale details, system administration, payment handling and clerking of our busy Saturday auctions.
In addition to the main duties there will be opportunities to be involved in other areas of the business including photography and administration of online sales.
A good customer service manner and a reasonable typing speed are required. Successful applicants will be provided with in-house training with all the relevant auction systems and office functions.
Five days a week including Saturdays with flexibility of working across multiple locations.
