Hart Family Brewers Ltd was formed in 2012 and was based at the historic Embankment, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire and after five years Hart Family Bars Ltd was formed. In 2017 the two businesses relocated to ‘The Tudor House’ which is now known as ‘The Old House’ at 29/30, Sheep St, Wellingborough. Serving popular beers brewed on the premises Hart Family Brewers Ltd and Hart Family Bars Ltd has established a well respected name in Microbrewing. Some of their more popular beers include Opal, Hart No.1, Hart No.3 Ruby, Hart No.9 and 1833 India Pale Ale.
The Tangible Assets Comprise
Polsinelli food grade stainless steel tanks custom fabricated to the brewers specification; 300 litre hot liquor tank, 300 litre mash tun, 300 litre kettle and 2 300l fermenters; Pair of thermostatic temperature controls for fermentation; Remote chiller; 3 tank transfer pumps; Approximately 60 plastic and stainless steel 9 gallon casks, several 18 gallon casks and 4 ½ gallon pins; 6 Cornelius stainless steel kegs; PBC 2 head cask washer; Beer garden type keg rack.

Hart Family Brewers Ltd retain a leasehold interest from the Local Authority of the premises at 29/30 Sheep Street, Wellingborough. The lease commenced in August 2017 for a period of ten years and is available for assignment subject the usual terms and Landlords consent. The current rent is circa £17,000 per annum inclusive of insurance and exterior maintenance.
In addition to the tangible assets the goodwill of the businesses together with other intangible assets are offered for sale. These include the trading styles; the company website domain name and content www.hartfamilybrewers.com; rights to transfer the company telephone number and email contacts; rights to all company brands and beer menus.
