A buyers’ premium and online fee charged 13% for lots 1- 30 all other lots at 20.5% plus VAT will be added to the bid price of each lot.
In addition, lots marked ‘+VAT’ will attract VAT on the hammer price.
VAT will be added to the bid price and buyers’ premium on all lots. Purchasers will be provided with a VAT invoice made out to the registered bidder following completion of the sale.

Items not collected by this time will be treated as abandoned and disposed of as the auctioneer sees fit.
Dismantling, loading and removal is the responsibility of the buyer. All lots are at the buyer’s risk from the fall of the hammer.
Attention is drawn to the Auctioneers Conditions of Sale in this catalogue and posted on the premises.
In particular it is emphasised that all accounts must be settled on the day of sale. Sale currency is GBP.
