W&H Peacock are pleased to offer private meeting room space available for hire Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm.
The meeting room is approximately 5m x 8m and can be divided into two smaller work spaces as required. The conference style seating can accommodate up to 30 guests and our boardroom table comfortably seats 8 – 10. The room layout can be altered to suit your individual group requirements.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the standard rate on any bookings.
Full day hire : £125
Hire per hour : £25
The meeting room is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and access to a whiteboard and presentation monitor as required.
Adjacent is our 100+ seater café, where your meeting delegates are welcome to purchase items at the counter or if preferred we are able to offer a selection of options to be catered directly as part of your meeting:
Tea & biscuits : £2.50 per person
Full day room hire including two-course meal

Additional meals : £10 (per head)
